Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026
Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not have authority to bind your organization, do not create an account. We record the time you accept these terms as part of your registration.
The service
chAIn lets your organization deploy AI agents that plan and perform work using the tools and integrations you connect. You are responsible for the goals you assign, the access you grant, and the actions you approve. Agents act under the policy controls you configure, including the human approvals required for higher-risk actions.
Acceptable use
You may not use chAIn to break the law, to access systems you are not authorized to use, to extract credentials or bypass security controls, or to attempt to defeat the platform's tenant isolation or policy enforcement. Automated actions remain subject to the same rules that apply to your people.
Credits and billing
Usage is metered in credits and settled against what an agent actually consumed. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Budgets you set stop a run before it can overspend; we are not responsible for work you authorized within those budgets.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms; material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
